My Background

It is my honor and privilege to provide excellence in massage therapy care to this community. I am in awe of how amazing it is to be back in my roots. I love what I do, and do what I love. My modalities include: Deep tissue, TPT, MFR, CFT, Baby Massage, Prenatal Massage, Hot Stone Therapy and your basic Swedish Massage. that I integrate specially into your session according to your needs. Five of my nearly nine years in this field have been in the clinical setting of a chiropractic clinic both in Centennial Colorado, and Helena Montana. The training that I accumulated in those settings has been invaluable to the work I love to do now. I have been overwhelmed by the support I have received in my hometown! It feels like such a luxury to get to raise my 2 amazing daughters here alongside my husband. I couldn't be more excited to be back in my roots helping this community!
